Cancellation by you
If you cancel more than 6 weeks before arrival you will lose your deposit, but will not be charged for the remainder of your booking.
If you cancel 6 weeks or less before arrival, the full amount will be due, however, if I am able to re-let the farmhouse, you will only be liable for any shortfall in the letting price achieved by me. If I am unable to re-let the property, the full amount of the balance will be due. If you have already paid your balance and then have to cancel within the six week period before the start of your holiday, I will reimburse you part of that balance paid, providing I can re-let the farmhouse.
Cancellations must be made or confirmed in writing.
It is recommended that you take out travel insurance which provides for cancellation cover and also covers your liability to pay for any accidental damage to the property caused by you or your party during your stay. If you would like me to forward you details of insurance, please let me know when you book the farmhouse.
Cancellation by me
In the unlikely circumstances that I am forced to cancel your booking I will refund all monies already paid by you and confirm that you will not be liable for any further payments to me. In any circumstances where you are entitled to compensation, the limit of my liability to you arising from my breach of contract will be up to a maximum of the cost of your booking.
I do not accept any liability for damage to your property or injury to you (or other members of your party) whilst on my premises unless proved to be an act of negligence by me, or my employees.
It is a condition of booking to leave the farmhouse clean and tidy and to be responsible for any breakages, damages or losses incurred.
Arrival and departure
Unless otherwise agreed beforehand, arrival time is from 4pm (16.00) and departure is by 10.00am (10.00) on your last day.
Data Privacy Statement
I treat any data collected during the course of making bookings or dealing with enquiries in absolute confidence. Your data will never be passed to anyone without your permission.
